Unfortunately, Better Body Co. has no control over how much these custom charges will be - based on past customers’ experience, it varies widely between countries. Some didn't get charged customs as well.
However, we want to do everything we can to help you. And as a token of our sincerity, if you do get charged customs, we'd like to process a 20% cashback from the total purchase value of your order.
All you have to do is send us the receipt that you get from the customs and we will process your 20% cashback refund.
