If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 60 days upon delivery to receive a full refund.

We aim to resolve all queries and requests within 1-2 business days. To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Kindly refrain from filing a dispute through Paypal as it will prolong the cancellation/refund process by at least 21-28 days. To resolve the matter quickly, kindly email us at contact@betterbody.co.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days upon delivery.

Simply email us at contact@betterbody.co. Our friendly customer support team will be there to assist you.

To help us quicken the refund process, kindly follow the specific instructions below:

  1. Return the goods to our designated address. (See the address below)
  2. Get a tracking code from the post office.
  3. Drop us an email at contact@betterbody.co with the tracking code and the reason for the return.
  4. Once we’ve received the returned goods, we will immediately process a full refund.
  5. From there, you will receive the amount within 5-21 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

Returns

We honor all refund requests under our “60 Days Satisfaction Guarantee”.

To receive your refund as quickly as possible, kindly do the following:

  • Return the goods within 60 days upon delivery*
  • Provide us the tracking code from the post office for us to monitor the return status**
  • Ensure the goods are undamaged and in their original bottles

Issues with Your Package?

We work closely with trusted partners to ensure your order is safely delivered. As far as we take measures to ensure the smooth delivery of our goods, there may be circumstances outside of our control.

If you’ve received the goods in a non-satisfactory condition, please contact us at contact@betterbody.co within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

To help us quicken the process, kindly send us an email with the following:

  • Photo(s) of the issue
  • Details of the issue
  • Your order ID

Shipping Fees

Once we’ve received the returned goods, you will receive the refund amount of your original purchase. Kindly note that this does not include the shipping cost for returning the goods.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service so we can monitor the status of your return and process your refunds quicker.

Delayed Refunds

Kindly note your bank may take up to 21 business days to show the refund in your bank statement.

If your refund does not show in your bank statement after 21 business days, please contact us for assistance.
